Vacancy

• Direct Marketing Executive – Digital (DME – D)

Education Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline OR Master’s degree in any discipline.
• (MBAs in Marketing/Finance and/or candidates having 2 or 3 years experience in a related field may be given preference.)
• Age should not be less than 21 years or more than 35 years.
• Candidates with past experience in telemarketing of financial/real estate products will be preferred.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Procuring New Business from leads provided to him and his own sales activity.
• Following up with Online Loan Applications. Completing the documentation work for processing the proposal and getting all requirements.
• Attending & providing professional financial advice to direct customers and providing services to them.
• Canvassing LICHFL’s Loan Products.
• Customer relationship management – Providing after-sales service.
• Portfolio Monitoring.
• Any other jobs as specified from time to time.

Salary/Pay Scale

• During the initial period, up to 3 years from the date of appointment, DMEs will be paid monthly stipend as per following:
• Metro Centers: Rs. 20,000/-
• In addition to above, DMEs will be incentivized by way of business commission on monthly business (disbursements) procured by them.
