666 new cases of Corona have been reported in the state including SSP of Rajouri and senior CA officer. Of these, 126 cases were registered in Jammu division and 540 in Kashmir. At the same time, 2 deaths were in Jammu and seven in Kashmir. 434 patients have also become healthy. The patients who are healthy include 109 patients from Jammu division and 325 in Kashmir division.

Rajouri's ADC Thakur Sher Singh said that a CAS officer including SSP Chandan Kohli and 12 others have been found to be corona positive. The das officers residing in Rajouri are appointed in Jammu. SSP has appealed to all those who were in constant touch for a few days after getting corona positive. The weekend lockdown in Jammu district has also not slowed down the pace of cases.

On Sunday, 60 cases were reported in Jammu district. There are 12 cases registered in Kathua, seven in Udhampur, two in Ramban, 15 in Samba, two in Doda, nine in Poonch, seven in Reasi. 258 cases have been reported in Srinagar district of Kashmir division, 34 in Baramulla, 37 in Pulwama, 40 in Budgam, 47 in Anantnag, 27 in Kulgam, three in Shopian, 34 in Kupwara, 27 in Bandipora and 33 in Ganderbal.

With new cases, the total number of infections in the state has increased to 32647. However, 24832 patients have become healthy and the number of active cases is 7198. There are 1471 active cases in Jammu division and 5727 in Kashmir division. The death toll from Corona has reached 617. In Jammu and Kashmir, 868594 tests have been conducted so far.

Jammu and Kashmir police have arrested 5 terror accomplices in Bandipora on Saturday. Police have recovered several objectionable material including the weapon. According to reports, police were reported to have been hiding the militants on Saturday. After which a joint team of police and army cordoned off the terror hideout and launched a search operation. In the meantime, a team of security forces arrested 5 over ground terror activists of the Islamic State Jammu and Kashmir (ISJK) terrorist organization hiding from their hideout. Among the arrested accused, 1 Srinagar and all other accused are from Bandipora.  Police have recovered several objectionable material including arms, ISJK flags from the terrorist personnel. The police has registered a case against the accused and started questioning.

Security forces are continuing their operations against all terror outfits in the valley. On Saturday morning also, security forces gunned down 1 terrorist in Baramulla Ncounter. In addition, security forces have gunned down about 7 terrorists in separate operations in 1 week.

Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha inaugurated the first phase of The Jammu Ring Road project on Friday. Speaking at the inaugural function, he said that if the project is completed before the deadline, a provision can be made to provide incentives. Lieutenant Governor Sinha said that it is a very proud moment for me to inaugurate the first phase of the Jammu Ring Road project today. The foundation stone was laid by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in 2018.

Pakistan's Border Action Team (BAT) is trying to infiltrate terrorists from across the border. According to reports, a high alert has been issued on the Indo-Pak border following intelligence inputs of infiltration of terrorists into Jammu and Kashmir. According to intelligence reports, Pakistan terror outfit Lashkar-e-Taiba has prepared to infiltrate into India by training 12 jihadists. The Pakistan Action Border team has planned a major attack on the Indian Army post by infiltrating into India from the Line of Control (Loc). The intelligence agency has alerted the security forces that Lashkar-e-Taiba is trying to sneak into India with the help of a guide to 6 jihadists in bhibhar Gully (BG) sector of Rajouri district. The intelligence agency has also alerted security forces in Poonch sector that 6 jihadist commanders are trying to cross the Loc with the help of Abdul Fazal.

A senior IPS official said that after repealing article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir, Pakistan is making all out efforts to provoke the people of Jammu and Kashmir. As soon as this year's summer season is over, Pakistan is making all out efforts to sneak into the valley so that terrorist activities can continue in the valley. However, the anti-terror grid of Indian security forces is so strong that any infiltration can be prevented. He said the participation of local people in terrorist activities has been reduced to a great extent and security forces have also been able to reduce the number of violent incidents. Besides, security forces are also monitoring the terrorist launch pad in Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK) in Pakistan across the border line. By the end of July, Pakistan has violated the ceasefire 2,662 times. Last year, a total of 3,168 times Pakistan had violated the ceasefire.

The IG of the Kashmir range of Jammu and Kashmir police said that several prominent commanders of terrorist outfits have been killed in the last few months. More than 50 terrorists are still active in North Kashmir in which only a few commanders are alive. He said that whatever rumours are spread is absolutely wrong.

IG Vijay Kumar said on Thursday that a lot of terrorists are still active in North Kashmir, including some commanders. One of them is the Lashkar Commander Salim Parre of the Sumbal of Bandipora and we would not like to make the names of the rest public at the moment. Out of the top 12 terrorists, three north Kashmir terrorists were Sajjad Haider, Nasser and Usman, who have been killed.
He briefed about the strategy of the terrorists and said that most of the attacks were carried out by terrorists on the Naik party. Because of the lockdown, there is a lot of blockade, and in the meantime, wherever the terrorists were reduced, they carried out the attacks. During the search of the civilian on the boats, the focus remains on the side of which the terrorists took advantage of the attacks.

According to reports, some employees saw grenades at the Tehsil office Thursday afternoon. Immediately after which he reported it to the police. On the spot, the team of the bomb squad took possession of the grenade and diffused it. Which averted a major attack. Police said, the case is under investigation as to how the grenade reached tehsil. According to reports, the terrorists were plotting, but the grenade was averted with no bursting. The investigation is continuing in tehsil office by the security forces.

Security forces have gunned down 6 terrorists in separate operations in the valley in the last 2 days. After which the Maoists have been in the valley, they are plotting to target local citizens. However, the team of security forces is vigilant and search operation against the militants is continuing.

In Handwara, the encounter between security forces and militants is continuing. According to reports, security forces were informed late Wednesday night that some terrorists were hiding in Handwara  area. Soon thereafter, a joint team of army, CRPF started search operation in the area. In the meantime, security forces gave an opportunity to surrender the terrorists. However, the militants started firing at the security forces. After which security forces have also gunned down 2 terrorists in retaliation. According to the information, there are 1 to 2 terrorists hiding at the Ncounter site, which is difficult to avoid. Search operation is continuing in search of terrorists.

It is noteworthy that this is the second ncounter within the last 5 hours. Earlier, security forces gunned down 1 terrorist in Shopian's Picgam Ncounter. According to information, search operation is still going on in Shopian in search of terrorists. Let us say that the elimination of terrorists is continuing in the valley.

A joint team of security forces has busted two terror hideouts at Badu, Barso in South Kashmir's Pulwama district. A large quantity of ammunition as well as other objectionable material have been recovered from these Lashkar terrorist hideouts. A joint team of army's 50-RR (Rashtriya Rifles), CRPF Battalion-130, and Avantipora police have carried out a successful operation.

Tell us that the police had received information that the Lashkar terrorists were hiding in the Badu, Barso forest area of Avantipora. Based on this information, army's 50-RR, CRPF Battalion-130, and Avantipora police launched a search operation in the area on Wednesday night.
In the search operation, security forces found two Lashkar terror hideouts on Thursday, which have been destroyed. 1918 cartridges of AK-47 rifle, two grenades, one UGBL thrower, four UGBL, ammonium nitrate and other objectionable elements have also been recovered from the terror hideouts. With this, 5400 rupees (Indian currency), utensils, gas stove, gas cylinders, other food items have also been recovered.
