Demand for restoring 4G mobile Internet service in all districts of J&K grabbed momentum

The demand for introduction of service in other districts, especially Jammu, has started catching up after the restoration of 4G mobile Internet service in Ganderbal in Kashmir division and Udhampur districts of Jammu division. Not only in two districts, but the entire Jammu and Kashmir should get the benefit of this service. Online classes and online applications remain a challenge amid circumstances arising from the corona.

We want this service to start in other districts including Jammu, Samba, Kathua. If someone misuses social media, it should be acted upon.

The provincial head of the National Conference Student Union, Iftikhar Chaudhary said that there is a need for 4G mobile Internet service between Korna. All people do not have fiber networks in the house. Most of the youth put up online classes by filling forms from mobile. There is a lot of difficulty in reducing the speed. If this service can start in two districts, what can be the problem in Jammu and Srinagar? Panthers party president Harshdev Singh said, it is not understood what is the difficulty in restoring the government's four-g mobile Internet service across Jammu and Kashmir. It is just a formality to start this service in two districts. Students, business classes in Jammu need this service. We are already asking for it. The Government should strengthen its security apparatus.

State Congress Committee chief spokesperson Ravindra Sharma says his party has been demanding restoration of 4G mobile Internet service for quite some time. The Supreme Court order also came. The Committee was also constituted for this. Now, the government has started this service in two districts. We demand that the service be started in all the districts to address the sufferings of the students, the business class.

The benefit of the loan under PM Fund scheme will not be available to all vendors in the city. At present, there are more than 5000 street vendors in the city and registration under the scheme has been only one thousand. The municipal corporation has also had to stop the registration drive due to shortage of Rehadi zone in Jammu city.

There are only seven rehadi zones in different places in the city, and they are also selling the goods already. There is a problem for the rest of the vendors not having a rehadi zone. As per the conditions, the municipal corporation will have to sit in the Rehadi zone for the benefit of the scheme and only then the benefit of the scheme will be there.
The street vendor has also suffered a lot of economic losses during the lockdown. The central government has planned to give them a loan of up to ten thousand rupees to provide relief so that they can run their business again. For this, the registration drive was launched on behalf of the corporation but the registration has been stopped due to shortage of Rehadi zone in the city.
