- Parents’ ID proof (Aadhaar card, Voter ID, Ration card, etc.).
- Residence proof (Electricity bill, Gas bill, Ration card).
- If born outside hospital – attested proof from Sarpanch or local authority.

Enter required details and search.
Download the certificate in PDF format.
Through E-Nagar Gujarat Portal
- Visit https://enagar.gujarat.gov.in
- Select Birth & Death Certificate section.
- Enter DOB, place of birth, and other details.
- Download and print your certificate.
- Within 7 days of birth: Free
- After 1 month: Late fee applicable
- After 1 year: Approval required from SDM or Court
- Registration must be done within 21 days of birth.
- Delay beyond 21 days may attract penalty.
- Same process applies for duplicate certificate.
